How to get a library card
Roberts Residents
- CARDS: We issue a free family card for residents of the City of Roberts. If you want additional cards for your famiy, the cost is $2.00 per card.
- ADULTS: Show one ID with photo, name and Roberts address (Drivers License, Idaho State ID, etc..) and a water bill with name and Roberts address.
- CHILDREN and YOUNG ADULTS (18 years old or younger) Parents or guardian may apply for their child using the same information as above.)
Non-Residents
- If you live outside the city of Roberts, you may purchase a Non-Resident Library Card . The cost is $40.00 per family per year or $20.00 for senior citizens or one person households.
- Please report lost, misplaced or stolen cards immediately.
- Lost or damaged cards will be replaced at the rate of $2.00 per lost or damaged card.
How long can you borrow a book?
- All books are loaned for a two-week period.
- Reference materials and magazines usually do not circulate.
- Videocassettes, films, CDs, and other non-book materials, where available, have a shorter loan period and are renewable one time.
Where do you return books?
- In the library
- In the book drop - front of the library
- In the City building - if library is closed
